  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    I prefer to have a 20 - 30 minute consultation to find out the needs and expectations of a new customer. Once we agree on the plan of action, I gather all of the necessary date (access to social pages or email accounts for creating pages). If I am designing a website, I send a questionnaire and make sure to have all of the pertinent information before beginning the design. We choose a template, I ensure I have access to all of the necessary sites for integration, and then I begin the work.

  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

    You should be open to new ways of connecting with your customer. Look at social media marketing as Web Word of Mouth - a way of not only connecting with potential clients, but staying connected.
