Question and answer

Q. Describe the most common types of jobs you do for your clients.

A. Web Design :: We design a lot of websites, logos, interactive media, animation, and more.
Web Development :: For almost every design we build, we code a site. Development consists of not only code, but standards, languages, browsers, variables on several levels.
SEO :: We do almost as much SEO work now as we do web development. What is the point of building a great site if no one ever see's it? We feel that it is a part of the job.
Social Media :: Twitter, Facebook, these have been shunned for a long time, however, they are full of living breathing people, and they are all potential clients!
Email Marketing :: We build a lot of custom marketing campaigns to gain leads, and nurture them with various tools, ebooks, whitepapers, training, etc.

Q. What important information should buyers have thought through before seeking you out?

A. Many times we have clients that come to us without really having a complete game plan. They know they want a website, but beyond that, they haven't thought it through. Clients should consider that web developers are web developers, not mechanics, bankers, dentists, you know your business, and you know what you want to tell your potential clients. Come to a web developer with content ready, images, videos, text, pages, the more of this you have ready, the better the whole process is going to go.

Q. Why does your work stand out from others who do what you do?

A. The thing that really makes us stand out is our complete packages. We have researched our work all the way since 2000, keeping track of what clients want, what works. We have taken that data and built packages that represent the most popular choices. We feel that this way, we can give our clients more than just a website. We can give them web services that actually do something for them online. Why stop at a business card website, when you can have a 24 hour service running for you?

Q. What do you like most about your job?

A. Talking with a client, and seeing their dream through their eyes, then step by step making that dream a reality through digital means. There is no better gratification than to exceed a clients expectations on a job, we strive to completely surpass all that they expect. If we are asked to walk a mile, we walk 2 miles.

Q. What questions do customers most commonly ask you? What's your answer?

A. How much is a website?
There is not a perfect answer to this question, as there are several types of websites. However, we do have packages that give you an idea.
Basic Package :: $1000.00 includes website, blog, local Google site, SEO foundation, and more.
Business Package :: $1500.00 includes advanced website, blog, local Google site, Twitter and Facebook.
Corporate Package :: $2000.00 includes all the above, plus 3 months of SEO, Social Media Marketing.
Enterprise Package :: $5000.00 includes all of the above, plus a photographer/model to shoot your website images, e-commerce or other advanced web service, email campaign setup, and training for your team or yourself.

Q. What do you wish customers knew about you or your profession?

A. How much training and ongoing training is involved in the business. We have to spend at least 4-5 hours every week, just to keep up. We often spend a lot more time than that. There is just so much going on in the world of web development.
