Versatile Coatings LLC has been in business since 2002 and over those years I have focused on making sure I am use the best and right product for my customers. I focus on small to medium sized jobs and my primary difference is I do not believe there is any one product or one manufacturer out there that offers the total solution to meet my customers needs. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have different options depending on what type of floor coating a customer wants. Also, there are add on’s if The customer wants me to remove their existing flooring. This will all be discussed at our free consultation.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Meet with the customer to look at their job, discuss options and go over the pros and cons of the different options and to inform the customer of every aspect of the job.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 15 years in the coating industry. I have the backing of several suppliers in the industry to rely on in case an unusual job comes up and I need additional support to make sure I have the right product for the customers job.
