We are a one-stop company for residential and commercial cleaning. We offer: Maid services, carpet cleaning, tile and grout cleaning, window cleaning, power washing, janitorial services, floor waxing and maintenance, and more.

We have been in business since 1995, and we are the only company in the Austin area to offer what we do and at a reasonable price with no hourly fees.

    We needed a last minute maid service cleaning for our home and we did a little calling around like most people would before settling with a particular company. We must had called at least 10 different companies and their prices were way too hihg, had a weekend fee to clean on a Saturday, didn't have English speaking employees, or just had a horrible rating/review from previous customers. We found Krystal Klean and spoke with them. There wasn't an upcharge for cleaning on a Saturday, they provide an on site supervisor with every crew, their prices and detail were way above our expectations, and they even gave us a follow up call to make sure everything was to our satisfaction. They were even able to fit us in with a days notice, which I thought was incredible. The maids even left a personalized note to us with their checklist when they finished which I thought was very sweet. I would definitely recommend them to everyone.

    I found Krystal Klean through yelp so I thought it appropriate that I review them through yelp. This company if absolutely fabulous!! This is a local Austin business that takes cleaning to a whole new level. My partner and I contracted Krystal Klean to do a thorough deep cleaning of our house. You know, the kind that includes the refrigerator inside, all the baseboard, scrubbing the slate floors and grout etc. Not only did they do a spectacular job but even when I went to look at spots that are normally missed by cleaners, they had already been there and gotten it clean. My home is sparkling, the crew was super courteous and professional and they did everything with such a great attitude. I would recommend this company to anyone and everyone whether they need a small job or a full on deep intensive cleaning. The prices are fabulously reasonable and well worth every penny. I would also say that with the holidays coming up I know things around my house get very hectic and we are both extremely busy. This company is a great option to spruce up the house for a special occasion when time is running short and your list of things to do is growing, why not call Krystal Klean to help out. You will be glad you did.

    Great price and wonderful customer service. They are professional and consistent with the quality of work. I had a deep clean with shampooing of one of our large chairs. We did some price shopping and were very disappointed when we realized these other companies were charging
    60% more on average and double in some cases.

    Krystal Klean did an above average job, with the quality of work, pricing, and customer service being a primary component in their service. We appreciated them and will continue to use them on a regular bases.

    The staff were very friendly, but showed up 1/2 hr late. The Quality of the job was average or even below average. I had to re-clean a couple of high windows myself; they had dirty streaks on them. One of the windows upstaires you still see water spots between the 2 panes; these spots won't dry or go away.

Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?

A. Compare the cost against the service. A lot of companies are either really high or really low in price. Buyer beware. Also, check to make sure that the company is bonded and insured. Ask for them to provide proof. Also, be sure that you can communicate with the employees they send out. This can be very frustrating and we here this complaint from a lot of customers that switch their service to us. Make sure that the company is supplying all of cleaning supplies and equipment and that it is good. We still find that many companies are bringing in subpar equipment and supplies that are not very effective.

Q. If you were a customer, what do you wish you knew about your trade? Any inside secrets to share?

A. We really don't have any trade secrets. We are very up front with our customers and tend to become friends with them and sometimes part of their family. It is hard to be in someone's house repeatedly and not have some sort of a bond with their family.

Q. What questions should a consumer ask to hire the right service professional?

A. Are they insured and bonded and can they provide proof of such? Do they provide all of their own supplies and equipment? What type of cleaning products and equipment do you use? How long have they been doing this? Do they have any references? How many people will be in your home? Will I be able to communicate with them? Do the same people come every time if I choose to have repetitive service? What type of payments do you accept?

Q. What important information should buyers have thought through before seeking you out?

A. What kind of service are they looking for? We offer several types of services and all of them can be customized to better suit the customer's wants and needs. We always have combo packages that can save the customer money as well. Are there any specifics areas that they would special attention paid to? Always have a couple of dates and times that will work for you in case your first choice is booked.

Q. Why does your work stand out from others who do what you do?

A. We take a lot of pride in what we do. We do everything to the best of our ability and do it with a smile on our face. Everything we do has it's little personal touches too. Not only will your home or business be clean when we are done, but you will have also made a friend or two along the way.
