I've eaten at places in Asia, Eastern and Western Europe, Central and North America, and this Austin Barbecue handily beats them all in terms of flavor, quality, and preparation. I've been enjoying David's cooking for over 35 years and it's fantastic every time. He really loves what he does and it reflects in his cooking. His BBQ is unmatched. He spends days preparing with the same meticulous care and attention to detail whether the event is for 30 or 300. I know because I've seen it! David has built his business on reputation and word-of-mouth and unbelievable food. My mouth is watering just thinking about it.
