Bill Miller Bar-B-Q offers full catering (delivery and service) for groups of 50 people or more. Prices start at only $6.95/plate for delivery, set up and service.

If you have a group smaller than 50, you can place a pick-up order through me that can be picked up at your nearest Bill Miller Bar-B-Q restaurant, or we can deliver your bulk order directly to your event for an additional $25 delivery charge.

Here are some of the many different meals we offer:

* BBQ Menus - consist of 1-3 meat Bar-B-Q plates, with 3 sides and all the fixings.

Brisket – Sausage – Chicken – Pork Spareribs – Ham – Turkey
Served with baked dinner rolls and rye bread, and our famous iced tea

Pinto Beans – Potato Salad – Coleslaw – Dill Pickles and Marinated Onions – Jalapeno Peppers

* Carne Guisada Menu - ¼# Carne Guisada – Spanish Rice – Pinto Beans

2 fresh, homemade flour tortillas – Jalapeno and our famous iced tea

* Fajita Tacos Menu - 2 Fajita tacos (1 Beef, 1 Chicken) on fresh, homemade flour tortillas

Spanish Rice – Pinto Beans – Jalapeno and our famous iced tea

* Fundraiser Plates (if your group is looking for a way to raise money, ask me for details)

Don’t forget that we also have a great-tasting fried chicken! And for the holiday season, we serve turkey dinners with all the trimmings, and dinners with our own spiral-sliced, honey-glazed hams!
