We offer Texas Czech Cuisine—little bit of Texas, little bit of Czech, and a little bit of rock solid cuisine.
We cater and we're available every Tuesday to Friday at Clark's gas station located in 2222 Parkcrest, Austin, Texas from 7am to 2pm.
During Saturday mornings, we are downtown at the farmer's market from 9am to 1pm or at the Sunset Valley farmer's market, same time.

Q. Why does your work stand out from others who do what you do?
A. We use locally sustainable foods. Our prices are hard to beat because we're a trailer and we have very little overhead. We're have 20 years experience in the food service business.
Q. Do you have a favorite story from your work?
A. Our Fried strawberry (a Zubikhouse original) was created due to a waiter throwing strawberries in the kitchen and one fell into the deep fryer. At first I began to yell at him, but a lightbulb came on as I went to fish it out of the fryer. "Hmmm...what would this be like with a breading?" It became something we're known for.
