I cater authentic Caribbean cuisine from the heart of Saint Croix in the US Virgin Islands.I am also French Trained and Certified , A proud Graduate of Texas Culinary Academy with 17 years of experience working In hotel and resort kitchens I live and operate out of Houston ,Texas, and offer both in-town and online services. "My order was placed while being deployed in Afghanistan around Christmas time 2011. The order included various baked goods/tarts/drops etc. Packaging: sealed tight, wrapped, cushioned with styrofoam. Even while dealing with the freezing cold temperatures of Afghanistan and traveling through high altitudes the package reached me in a timely manner, perfectly frozen and fresh. Instructions: Pop into the oven, reheat for XX amount of time. A fellow soldier (Army cook) used his oven to warm up everything. Immediately, we were immersed in the sweet taste of back home tarts and pies right there in Afghanistan. I was very impressed with the presentation and overall flavor of each item. I see no obvious need for improvement. Thank you."

Chef Windells' food is absolutely delicious . I had the pleasure of enjoying his meal: grilled chicken breast w/ a mushroom sauce, potatoes and asparagus wrapped in a tomato.

Words cannot describe Chef Windell's cooking I especially love his Island cooking, just simply delicious. During the holidays like Easter, Thanksgiving and Christmas when am missing my Island home cooking this is when I turn to Chef Windell's Catering outstanding, mouth watering food and pastries.
