We have serviced the greater Austin, Texas metro area (100 mile radius) since 1991.
We are members of the United States Green Building Council, BOMA, IFMA, ISSA, Green Technology Alliance, Net Impact, Austin Eco Network & several other GREEN organizations.
We have two Certified Green Consultants on staff. We also train & certify hotel & companies in-house cleaning staff on green cleaning & procedures.

KISS Janitorial has been doing my cleaning for over six years now. They are very competitive on their pricing. I am a property manager of a 68,000 square foot building. They are always there when I needed them and it is nice that their crew informs me of all on going problems in the building from plumbing problem to graffiti. I would recommend them to anyone!

A. What is green cleaning?
Green cleaning refers to using cleaning methods and products with environmentally-friendly ingredients to preserve human health and environmental quality. Green cleaning techniques and products avoid the use of chemically-reactive and toxic cleaning products which contain various toxic chemicals, some of which emit volatile organic compounds causing respiratory and dermatological problems among other adverse effects.
