Introduction: In Medias Res Photography (IMRPhoto) specializes in capturing the special moments of your wedding or special event. We strive to create a joyful atmosphere that brings out your best expressions. Our clients love how we put them at ease, and let them comfortably relax and be themselves. We are always keen to suggest some poses or tilts of the head to make you look your best. Our glamour and portrait sessions let us hone in your personality and your beauty, creating images that will last forever and which you will be proud to display at home. We are wedding photographers who also specialize in special events like sweet sixteens (quinceaneras), bridal and engagement portraits, as well as corporate events, conferences, and workshops.

FAQs

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

We actually have a very easy pricing system with two options: A - We can create a package where you select a certain amount of photos in a specific size (150 4x6s, 20 5x7s and two 16x20s, for example) B - We give you a print credit and you select however many photos of whichever size and finish you want. 20 metallic 5x7s and two 11x14 canvas prints and four Thin-Wrap enlargements? Sure! Go wild! Our shopping cart lets you easily and quickly select just the photos you want and order with a few clicks. Most importantly: no hidden fees. Ever. We deliver your prints pretty much anywhere in the world but shipping is free in the US. That's right: You don't pay shipping or "handling" (whatever THAT means) in the continental US.

  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

See their portfolio and get a sense of what *you* like. Make a mental note of images, poses or vignettes you may like and tell the photographer. It is, after all, a way for you to know what his work is like but also a way for him to know what you want. This is tremendous help for both, making it easy to interact and work towards a common goal: your wedding (or event, portrait, glamour session, etc.) success.
