Fantastic service. I recently began to get popups while online so obviously my computer was infected with a virus. Tom connected to my laptop remotely after walking me through the process over the phone. The whole process was very easy and efficient through Thumbtack. Tom was very professional and extremely helpful and efficient. He installed a new anti virus software on my computer and repaired my laptop in a few hours at a very reasonable rate. Tom was really great! He was able to manually remove viruses from my computer that anti-virus software couldn't. He was quick and had me check that the job was completely done. Payment was easy. I would definitely hire him again for computer needs.
