- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
There are no complicated pricing. I perform flat rate consulting, for hardware replacement I charge for the hardware and service performed. Ex. RAM replacement: cost of the hardware and 15/hour until job is complete. Besides hardware replacement everything has a flat rate. - What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Yes, I am currently enrolled at The University of Phoenix for my advanced networking degree.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I am originally a person who was groomed by the US NAVY to be in the field of aviation. After I got out of the navy, I decided to pursue something that I was passionate about. I want to troubleshoot, fix and train my customer how to use the skills I show them to help them manage there machine. I currently manage two College sites for all of there IT needs. The College of Healthcare Professions Austin and San Antonio branch daily as there IT helpdesk. The joy of helping young students and there Faculty is one of my biggest dreams and its a real pleasure.
