  I got a trojan windows vista recovery virus on my computer and immediately made calls the next day looking for someone who seemed both competent and affordable to help remove it. I was drawn to virusfixed.com because there was a flat fee versus the hourly rates that others were charging. Ralph came to my home to address the problem, and thankfully that flat fee came in handy, as it was not a quick fix as first anticipated. Four hours later I was still missing crucial documents from my computer as well as all my photos and music. Ralph was very patient and kindly offered to take the laptop overnight for no additional charge to run further scans to recover the data. Lo and behold he was able to recover everything and even delivered the laptop back to my home the next day. It was a true crisis averted, and I would certainly call on him if I had computer issues again.

  I have used Ralph Walker for my computer needs for over 20 years. I have set on the phone for more hours than I can count while he educated me when I got my first computer. I got another education when our title company converted its records. I just recently got another education when I installed Windows 7. Ralph has the patience of Job and he hasn't quit me yet.   I had what appeared to be an intermittent blue screen situation. My system would boot 15 to 20 times okay but then it would go to the blue screen (zero dump) for 12 to 15 times. Ralph picked up my computer and had it running like new in a day or two. He informed me that my registers were corrupt due to a virus even though I had virus protection on it. Ralph put a new type of virus protection on it and told me how to update the virus software for the next year. Ralph also bolted down a second hard drive that I had just hanging in the system that I used for a local system back-up. The system has been running really well and I am completely satisfied. If fact, I have been passing out his cards (Adjust Services) to friends, co-workers and church members.

  For more than three years, my computer was extremely slow. The Norton virus proctection that I was paying for and upgrading every year always said "protected". But obviously that wasn't true.
