Your first appointment is 90-minutes. You will be sent an intake form that we will use to review your medical history. We explore your health goals and discuss other factors that may be important. From there, we create a plan unique to you.

I hold a Masters of Science in Nutrition, am a Registered Dietitian and a Certified Leap Practitioner. I am completing a certification in functional medicine with The Institute of Functional Medicine. I am also Chef graduate from The Natural Epicurean Academy of Culinary Arts. Jessica holds a degree in business from Colorado State University and graduated from The Natural Epicurean Academy of Culinary Arts. We are both currently registered for a program in Eating Psychology.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
You should feel comfortable in your Nutritionist's office. They should listen to you and be able to offer you a unique plan that addresses your specific needs. It is also important you find someone who is well educated in their field and continues to learn on your behalf.
