Goals
Sorry this pro can’t do your job, but we know other pros who can.
Introduction: Path Nutrition is different for a few reasons. -We wade through all the confusing information and give you a clear science-based approach to your individual health so you can stop stressing and start living. -I'm a Functional Medicine Dietitian, which is different than standard/clinical nutritional practice because we address all aspects of your health and lifestyle. We focus on the underlying causes of your symptoms and address you as a whole person. Practicing Functional Medicine requires an additional certification on top of being a Licensed/Registered Dietitian. -When you work with Path you also have your own Food Coach to help you execute your unique plan and support you along the way. We use fun and effective tools to simplify your journey. Nutritional balance plays an important role in disease prevention and overall well-being. Our service offers clients an opportunity to live a fuller life. We love hearing success stories from clients.

Jessica recently prepared a lovely meal for a celebratory dinner party at my friend's home. Everything from start to finish was delicious, the recipes were innovative, and made with the freshest, local ingredients. Although she was busy preparing our meal, she was very approachable and interactive as circled around to watch her in action and ask questions about ingredients and preparation methods. I can't wait to hire her again! What a memorable experience!

I have had the opportunity to enjoy Jessica's cooking twice. Once she cooked for my husband's birthday at my house for our large family. It was amazing--especially the duck egg creme brûlée! Then she cooked for me and my friends at another birthday dinner. She truly has a gift!

I hired Jessica for a personal chef gig for a girlfriend's birthday party and she did not disappoint! She had lots of innovative ideas for the menu planning, and the dinner we ended up choosing was fantastic... my mouth is watering just thinking about it! Jessica's services are very reasonably priced for the quality of the food she prepares. I recommend her wholeheartedly.

Jessica did a nice job of listening to my ideas for a casual cooking class/dinner party in my home. She suggested several menu items and did the shopping for our party. I liked the way she sent communicated clearly. For example, Jessica sent me a list of kitchen items to have ready for her use. That way she could go to work when she arrived and I could enjoy my guests. Jessica also did a nice job of teaching us cooking skills and answering questions, as she went along. We started with rolling spring rolls, which gave guests a chance to be 'hands on'. Jessica then talked us through the process of creating beef pho broth. Guests had the chance to build their own bowls of pho. I'd like to mention the quality of all the food Jessica brought was very good. For example, she brought Key West shrimp and talked to us about the importance of buying seafood that we know is clean. Jessica was in the kitchen for about 2.5 hours, which is what we had planned. I was impressed she kept the different courses flowing and on time. Jessica has a nice, upbeat personality and she loves cooking. This is another important quality to think about when you invite someone into your home to create a meal for your guests. Everyone thoroughly enjoyed Jessica and in fact, everyone stayed in the kitchen instead of heading into the den! Great event. We will hire Jessica again.

We had the priviledge of both Jessica and Beth prepare a complex meal in our kitchen totally designed to teach us the best and tastiest options for Moe's dietary needs. They described each dish they were preparing and the nutrional value of every well chosen ingredient They did an enourmous amount of preparation in the buying and then in the creation of a delicious meal for our enjoyment and knowledge. They havedemonstrated their expertise and commitment to create a top notch experience. We highly reccomend them both. Mission accomplished. Thank you Beth and Jessica. Rich and Moe
