FAQs
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I zealously defend my clients. I seek justice in a system that is designed to deny it. The police arrest anyone who might have committed a crime. They assume guilt and collect evidence to support their conclusion. If someone is innocent, the prosecutor will figure it out. The prosecutor relies on the police for thorough and accurate investigations. They have thousands of cases and no time or resources to question the reliability of the police. If someone is innocent, the judge will figure it out. The judge relies on the prosecutor to only file cases with solid evidence against the Defendant. The judge has hundreds of cases, a staff to manage, and official duties to perform. He has no time to review each case. If someone is innocent, the jury will figure it out. The jury assumes that the Defendant is guilty because he wouldn't be there if he weren't. Surely the police, the prosecutor, and the judge would never let an innocent man sit before them. The Defense Attorney is the only one who's job it is to stand between the system and an innocent man.
