Welcome to Sit Means Sit Dog Training in Austin, Texas! Our mission is to provide training programs that result in a confident, happy, and obedient dog, as well as a confident, happy, and satisfied owner.

With industry-leading results and reliable customer service, you will achieve the maximum control of your dog on and off the leash, while still allowing your pet to act like a dog!

Our programs include puppy management, basic and advanced obedience, behavior modification, aggressive dog training, one-on-one and group training—all aimed at giving you and your dog the highest levels of fun and control even around severe distractions.

It is hard to forge a deep friendship with your dog when he is chewing up your furniture, soiling your carpets, jumping uncontrollably, or nipping at your kids and friends! Our proven training methodology puts you in charge, so you can move beyond bad behavior, and start to more thoroughly enjoy your relationship with your dog.

Upon completing our program, you will confidently:

• Walk your dog off-leash
• Control any acts of aggression
• Gain control while still showing your affection
• Call your dog and be rewarded with immediate obedience

Plus, you'll be able to quickly control bad or annoying behaviors like:

• Aggression
• Jumping up
• Leash pulling
• Running away
• Soiling the house
• Excessive barking
• Separation anxiety
• Destructive behavior
• Nipping and chewing

We always offer a free consultation and demonstration for you and your dog before any plans are made for training.

Question and answer

Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?

A. Any trainer should be able to show you their dog being supper happy, responsive and attentive in any environment (not their training facility but a park or your facility) with lots of distractions.
