FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
As a self-employed business owner, all the day to day expenses fall to one person, me. For me to continue my work, my pricing is competitive to cover all the necessary expenses while still maintaining a profit to stay afloat.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to begin with a formal introduction so that the client knows who they are working with. During this introduction, it’s important to gain an overview of the project to gain a clear understanding of what needs to be accomplished and go over all options for completion as well as any possible obstacles that could arise. I maintain open communication with my clients through the project up to completion.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 12 years of experience in building maintenance including HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, Painting, and Sheetrock repair, to list a few. I have been working hard to establish my Electrical Career over the last 8 years to include underground electrical work, heavy machine operator, reading and interpreting blue prints, and being a service technician for both residential and commercial projects. I currently hold a Journeyman license in Electrical, and have my Universal EPA license.
