I can’t recall of a better experience I’ve had hiring someone. Starting with my request, Alex was prompt to get back, discuss details and be very upfront about the service cost which I don’t think was unreasonable at all. Once he was there, he looked at the problem, quickly understood it and patiently explained and allowed me to be a part of the learning process. For me, this was an experience!
