Introduction: A solid understanding of biomechanics, an extensive repertoire of training programs with focuses ranging from functional fitness to corrective exercise and a genuine desire to build relationships... Do you think your next personal trainer should possess these qualities?
I think so, but those are not enough in my opinion.
I believe that in an age overwhelmed by wellness-related resources yet plagued with poor health, there must be a gap between what the fitness industry is... and what it should be. By providing each client multiple, customized avenues of support, meaningful connections to the wellness community and prime access to a wealth of relevant knowledge, I hope to bridge that gap.
Join me in discovering your own meaningful path to not just wellness, but wellness you can sustain.
