An hour after he left, I called him to tell him there were a couple places that were not staying glued to the cement. He said just put something heavy on them and that's the last time I saw him. We've talked but he has not come back. I spent $7000 with him and I'm discovering that there was moisture from a leaking sewer line. His "lifetime installation warranty" means nothing. I'm considering taking him to court.
