Avoid this company at all cost . I had someone come to give me a quote for my garage door opener . The problem was the door will not open all the way . The person who came after little inspection said he thinks he needs to change the springs/rails etc . A cost of $999. I said Are you sure it is the springs , the motor does not even work when the door is not attached . He was caught surprised by my comment and said he will adjust the motor . At Any rate it was clear that they make money from changing springs . It does not matter whether they need replacing or not . So I called another company and sure enough it was a switch inside the motor that controls the movement was bad . Switch was changed and problem was fixed for $100.
