- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our standard concrete work uses traditional 3000 PSI strength concrete with #3 rebar at 16" on center spacing each way and dowels into any existing concrete that we might be tieing into. Typical pricing for some of the type of concrete work we do is as follows: 4" thick concrete driveways & sidewalks with BROOM finish @ $5.88/SF, 500 SF min 6" thick concrete driveways & sidewalks with BROOM finish @ $7.88/SF, 500 SF min City of Austin ROW work for typical 12' x 10' approach, $3488.00, not including ROW permits and permit processing fees Foundation slabs on flat lots with no more than slab 8" above grade and no more than 30" deep beams, $11.88 - 14.88 /SF, 1000 SF minimum Foundation slabs on sloped lots require review of engineering plans / review of site logistics 24" x 48" decorative concrete pavers on flat ground, 6 pavers minimum, at $198/EA plus one time $800 layout fee
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our typical process for working with a new customer is: -Schedule a free site visit one of our estimators to review project -Submit an estimate in 5 business days or less -Answer any questions a client may have on our bid and schedule a start date -Mobilize / start on an agreed upon date with our client and invoice client accordingly -Get all required work in scope done and coordinated with any required inspections prior to concrete installation -Set up a concrete pour date with our client and invoice client accordingly -Place & finish concrete on an agreed upon date and time -One to three days after concrete has been placed, strip forms, clean up site, and rough grade, if required -Set up a final review with our client and invoice final payment accordingly

We have over 20+ years of commercial and residential concrete work experience with varying degrees of difficulty and complexity, acquired from being a team member with those who have successfully built several major local real estate projects
