Erwin and his team were exceptional! We are handy folks, but we were in over our depth when removing a load-bearing wall and adding a structural beam. That is where The United Renovations took over. They were able to fit us into their schedule in within three weeks of initial contact and the quote they gave was reasonable and explained the job well enough to understand what we could do on our end before they showed up to help lower cost, which we specifically requested. The job they said would take 2-3 days in the estimate was completed in 1 day; an incredible timesaver! They were even able to add a few extra services (a flush mount beam instead of an exposed one and haul away of materials we'd demolished ourselves) because of how quickly they were able to finish the job. Erwin is an excellent and punctual communicator and was always so helpful and friendly. I would certainly recommend TUR to anyone doing home construction/demolition projects!

Phenomenal workmanship and professionalism, outstanding experience with this company - highly recommend!!! They installed a set of iron double doors for us. The doors weighed nearly 1000 pounds and they measured the opening very carefully and installed trim work inside and out.

Erwin and his team were a pleasure to work with. They gave a fair estimate and I really appreciate how they were able to work my project in despite a very busy schedule. They were punctual and did an excellent and very tidy demolition job. I was thoroughly impressed and hope to work with them on future projects. They replaced our rear entrance french doors. Their service was excellent. Erwin and the rest of his family were very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. Being extremely decent and reliable, the results of their work was a great improvement. Quality work was done with excellent service. We love the work that they did and can highly recommend them. We look forward to using them in the future.

We recently used TUR Demolition & Construction for a back porch addition. We've never been happier with a service, and plan to use them for all our future home remodeling. It's a BBB Insured small family business. And within their family there doesn't seem to be anything they can't do. They did plumbing work, electrician work, custom cabinets, roofing, concrete. From the beginning stages, the communication was great and they were very flexible with me as we imagined what this porch would look like. They ended up delivering an even better product than I had imagined. The project was painless, they were consistent with their time every day and stayed and worked until they were in a good place for the next day. At the end of each day, they tidied up their tools and set them aside to keep the backyard clean. It was so nice working with the same people throughout the process. We've had work done in the past where the GC comes in, negotiates a contact, sends different crews day to day and checks in here and there. With this company you are working with the GC everyday. He's doing the work, alongside his team. I can't say enough about their quality work. You'll just have to give them a call and see for yourself :)
