FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Lessons are $40.00 for an hour, and $20.00 for a 1/2 hour. Students can pay weekly, bi-weekly, monthly - whatever works best for them. I accept cash, personal checks, PayPal, Venmo, Chase Bank Transfer, and just about any secure payment system out there.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I love to "hit the ground running" with students. Beginners with have material to practice from Day One - material that they will continue to use their whole playing lives. As soon as possible, they will apply their growing skills to the music that they love. More advanced students will be given a "project" within the first lesson, be it new or improved techniques, fretboard patterns, music theory concepts - no dawdling! To me, the first lesson should a launch into new waters for any student - something they will never forget.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Also, I have performed in musical situations from Jazz and Latin ensembles to Rock and Blues bands, cover bands, musical theatre pit bands, liturgical bands and solo jazz and singer/songwriter settings.
