- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer flat rate and hourly service depends on the type of service needed for each appointment. We have seasonal promos, permanent discounts and recurring discounts.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
On the day of the appointment, the customer will receive a notification when the cleaners are on the way. Cleaners will do a walk through when she arrives (if client is at home) and a final walk through to make sure that everything was done according to the clients liking or to ensure that we are leaving the client's house happy and satisfied.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have attended lots of trainings, conference and seminars about cleaning, leadership and management to make sure that we are very much equipped in this industry.
