We hired Greg Logsdon and relied on his expertise to guide us through our total home remodel. We met with him for the initial consultation and right away he introduced us to a contractor that he felt could handle our desires and needs for this large endeavor. The project moved along quickly and lasted about three months starting with exterior painting. We were happy with Greg's ideas and selections for paint, flooring, countertops, tiles and tile design, lighting and light fixtures, window and door treatments and even down to the pulls and knobs for cabinets and drawers. Some of the smallest touches made a huge impact for a pleasant surprise on the finished product. Greg was constantly in touch with us and the contractor to make sure that all was on track and that we were pleased. We were impressed with his communication skills in dealing with us and the contractor and his kindness and patience especially with me in my indecisiveness on choices from time to time. That along with his concern that our expectations were met throughout the process. We look forward to working with Greg Logsdon again soon for interior accessorizing, furniture placement and for additional selections for the finishing touches.

Greg's visionary eye has assisted me on numerous projects over the past 14 years starting with a move into our new home. From simple painting suggestions to a major bathroom remodel (impart from builders error) Greg's professionalism and eye for style always yields excellent results. I had the pleasure of working with Greg many years ago when he was working in a high end furniture store. The professionalism and level of service provided were as if he was the owner of that store and I was a treasured customer. In addition to these fine qualities, his talent for selecting color and textiles and how pieces can be pulled together for creating the most attractive outcome comes naturally to him. He helped in selecting sofa design and custom covering materials for other furniture pieces. I was especially impressed with his selection of pillows for the sofa and how he was able to show me how adding fringe of a color I would not have thought of pulled out a color in the sofa to the best advantage and made the whole thing pop in the most beautiful way. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My hourly rate (for smaller projects) is $85 an hour. Flat fee for most larger projects - Fee TBD with each larger project.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Before I meet a new client, I have them fill out a questionnaire describing their style and taste as well as their lifestyle. This helps me understand their needs before I meet them. Smaller projects are charged on a hourly basis and most larger projects are a flat fee.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been in the interior design field since 1989. I worked with Louis Shanks for 15 years and a short period of time with John-William Interiors before starting my business. 2 Time HGTV Candidate Louis Shanks 2001 Grand Prize for Interior Design Display IDS (Interior Design Society) TAID (Texas Association Interior Design)
