- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Worked with Apple here in Austin in the early and mid 90's. When it looked like Apple was in trouble, hind sight is 20/20, switched to the PC side of the market and have been doing it ever since.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
The most common type of work we do is virus and spyware removal, data recovery and small in home or office network repair and setup.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Our advice would be whether you hire us or not that it is important to make sure the company your hiring at a minimum has A+ certified technicians and is a member of the BBB. A lot of times people have no idea about who they are hiring and at least with a BBB member you have recourse if the job is not done properly and the provider is not honoring the warranty.
