I can’t recommend Izthel enough to every bride and any women that would like their makeup/hair done! Matter of a fact I already recommended Izthel to several of my friends. Izthel is punctual, caring, intuitive, and professional. She is very talented with her craft and makes you look absolutely stunning! I am so glad to find Izthel on thumbtack and she will be my go to for hair and makeup artist always. She is super sweet and a very personable person too! Izthel helped glammed me up for our Vietnamese Wedding Tea Ceremony and I got so so so many beautiful compliments! I felt like a Queen on our wedding day. I love that my makeup was natural but yet glam! I never wear false lashes because they are super uncomfortable but Izthel’s false lashes was super comfortable and never once poked me in the lid. It was very comfortable! She helped me to put on my traditional headpiece and curled my hair in a way that flatters my face. Izthel is top notch and I highly recommend her! I did the mock trail hair/makeup and the day of hair/makeup for our wedding tea ceremony. I already booked her to do my hair/makeup for me later this year for a few other events. Can’t wait to work with her again! Book her!

My bridal makeup was amazing. I got so many compliments. Thank you for making me feel beautiful! My Maid of Honor said I looked as if I was walking the red carpet. My mother…with her opinions…thought I looked beautiful. Her attention to detail is impeccable. It was truly like she was painting my face. I am 56 years and wasn’t expecting a miracle but I got one! We met for the first time at her studio and she gave me a trial run. It looked beautiful but I wanted something different when it came to be the wedding date. She took my changes and rocked it. I almost didn’t go with a makeup artist. I am so glad I did and so glad it was Ithzel. I highly, HIGHLY recommend her!

I truly don’t even know where to begin when it comes to leaving this lady a review! She was my hair and makeup artist for my wedding and let me tell you…Ithzel showed up on my big day with a broken ankle and was not about to bat an eye about it. She informed me prior when it happened (literally 3 days before the wedding) to give me a heads up that she had been in the ER for her ankle and wasn’t going to miss my big day / would not let me down even though I told her I totally understood if she needed me to find another artist last minute. She insisted that she was committed to making me feel and look like a true bride on my big day, so she would show up with her crutches and didn’t want me to be alarmed. She STILL managed to show up to our venue early in the morning with all of her equipment regardless of her newly/broken ankle. Bless this angel! She made my bridesmaids, mother, and myself feel so taken care of and did this all on her own (with the help of her man driving her out there!). It was really touching to see them come together as a team so she would be able to provide her services to us ladies back in November. I have combination skin and a BREAKOUT literally the day before the wedding that she was able to conceal so well with her skills and makeup selection. I also have very fine hair but LOTS of it (which can be a pain in the ass to do/take forever) and she did an amazing job. She even gave my chest and shoulders a little glow which I hadn’t even thought of but desperately needed in my late-fall pale skin😂 My favorite thing about Ithzel boiled down to her commitment to making my big day as glamorous as I could’ve imagined while having a personality that made me think “had I met this lady a while back, I would’ve wanted her to be one of my bridesmaids, too” ;) Her skills and professionalism were just as appreciated! But for me, when it comes to hiring a professional for something as important to you as your wedding day, Ithzel outshined in the highest caliber for *who she is as a person.* A few of my bridesmaids had their hair/makeup done by Ithzel as well as my mom and they ALL said to me afterward how much they liked her and enjoyed being in her presence. She had a way of tending to all different personalities, styles-desired, different skin tones, hair types, etc. I cannot thank you enough from the bottom of my heart, Ithzel, for slaying as you always do! Believe me, my friends and I will be hitting you back up whenever there comes another time in the area for hair and makeup needs. Thank you times a million — I hope your ankle is doing much better by now ;) and a special thanks to her man and sweet daughter for helping you get out to Spicewood with your injury! I will always remember and cherish your time and efforts in providing your services to us with love on my wedding day.🩵
