With over 10 years in the healing arts, I bring a wealth of training and experience to the table. My background as a fitness coach and chiropractic assistant, coupled with my Esalen-based massage training give me the tools to help you - whether your goal is to simply relax and find respite from the daily grind, to begin the process of healing an injury, or optimize muscular recovery between workouts.
As an energy healer and Reiki Master, I also clear and balance chakras and use stones and crystals to move stagnate energy, and speed the healing of broken bones and ruptured tissue.
