- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are very flexible in pricing for any demonstrated financial hardship. Cost should never be a deterrent.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We want to hear your needs, and our #1 priority is making sure you get results. As a senior in high school, I have had a really bad experience with this with other tutoring companies.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have tutors that are currently attending MIT, Stanford, and other well-accredited universities. We also have current/former teachers that are exceptional and teach at places like Harvard over the summer.
