Introduction: My services include nutritional coaching and accountability. Face to face check in's for programs longer than 4 weeks. Personal training to those who need it. I absolutely love what I do! My goal is to guide my clients to a sustainable healthy lifestyle through nutritional education and accountability. I also program tailored meal guides for specific needs. Weather someone is allergic to a certain food, or are pre-diabetic to competition diets.I take my job seriously and recognize my client's strengths and weaknesses. At the first consultation we will review your nutrition/exercise history and set goals. It is my intent to develop a program tailored to you and provide you with motivation, education and support to help you achieve your goals. Let's do this together and make 2017 a fantastic year!

I began working with Veronica at the beginning of the year. I had already lost weight on my own, and I was looking to get guidance from a trainer to help introduce me back into the swing of overall training. I talked to Veronica about issues with past knee injuries and about my current eating. She was able to put together a workout that was challenging while keeping my knee issues in mind. As a vegetarian she was able to help me find alternative protein sources to help me supplement the additional protein that I needed to sustain my training. I dropped weight and gained muscle during my training with her and it was a wonderful way to get the personal attention that I needed. She is an awesome trainer, who I believe cares about the needs of her clients. Her experience in training and nutrition were spot-on, and she was so much fun to work with. I highly recommend her!

I have been seeing Veronica for a little over a year. I had recently moved to the area and was looking to improve my fitness and strength and lose body fat. I found Veronica to be motivating and patient, with a pleasant demeanor. She inspires me to try my best and to not give up. Veronica challenged me to try new things, and my fitness has improved a lot. She keeps the programs interesting and challenging. There are some things that I never thought I would be able to do, or weights I never thought I would be able to lift. She is also great about giving me 'homework' that I can do when travelling for work and don't have access to traditional gym equipment. Veronica is also great about providing meal plans and tailoring them as required so that you can incorporate a healthy diet into your daily life.

V IS WONDERFUL. She has changed my life and my fiancés life in so many ways. She has taught me about clean eating, exercise that works, and how no matter what is going on..parties, stress etc...dont forfeit your hard work and body for it. This past month she has put together meal plans, exercise plans and goals to help me achieve my dream body by December. Shes funny, down to earth, beautiful, inspiring and has great music. We love you V!!!!

  • What types of customers have you worked with?

    I do crossfit programming, as well as muscle gaining programing, and body fat loss programing. I also train in corrective exercise. I have clients that need rehabilitation or have bad form. I work with them to correct or improve their range of motion.

  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

    Make sure you are 100% committed in health and fitness.
