A. There are many unknowns associated with remodeling projects. Talk to your contractor about the possible complications and make sure you are prepared for any potential changes.

A. Storey Construction offers a few different ways to estimate your next home project.

Traditionally we would give a fixed cost bid on all of our project. We still offer this service on medium to large projects.

We also offer hourly services ranging from paint, handyman, mechanical, electrical and plumbing. This option has become very popular in the last few years as the larger construction projects have become more scarce.

Lastly we have always offered a meet or beat policy to our clients. Please inquire.
