Q. Describe the most common types of jobs you do for your clients.
A. Drywall patches, Window and door installation, moldings around the house, interior and exterior painting, popcorn removal, changing locks and deadbolts, entry doors.
Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?
A. Ask questions about the job. If I can't do a job, I will not tell you that I can. There is no point in lying to a customer, the evidence will be in the work. Also, I try to help the customer understand the repair, so that they may do it in the future.
Q. Why does your work stand out from others who do what you do?
A. I look to do quality work every time I do a job. I'm not done until the customer is satisfied.
Q. What do you like most about your job?
A. The satisfaction I get from doing a good job and the customer is happy.
Q. What questions do customers most commonly ask you? What's your answer?
A. How long is the job going to take? It all depends on the job that is being done. I try to get the job done as quickly as possible, but I do not cut corners. I prefer to take a little bit more time if it needs it. It is about doing a good job not just doing a job.
