Hey, I'm Jeremy (The College Cleaner), and I'm here to make your life easier!

I offer cleaning, organizing, errand help, and personal assistance. I have 4+ years of experience, awesome references, and I want to help. I clean apartments, homes, offices, and other facilities. Rates start from $50 and up.

Pricing is mostly custom, but all pricings can be determined on a range of the list below:

1/1 - $55
1/½ - $55
2/1 - $60
2/2 - $65
3/2 - $70-80
3/3 - $80-90
4/2 - $90-110
4/3 - $100-110
4/4 - $110-120

These prices include all rooms, baths, floors, etc. If you need partial work, it will be partial pricing. All rates are based on how you want your place cleaned. If you just need the kitchen and bath cleaned, I can do that. If you need the floors and oven cleaned, I can do that, too. A La Cart Cleaning costs about the same, so you might as well have the whole sha-bang!

Good Cleaner. Nice guy. He knows his cleaning and will let you know if its going to work out. I hired him after searching for the right price, he called back with a great "in the middle" he cleaned my place for a few months. Cool dude.

Funny kid... always had a joke to tell and never frowned when I asked him to do this a specific way. He was fun to be around, reliable, afforable. I cant say enough about the kid.. I think he is great.

He was very kind, really fun to be around and always got the job done. I would recommend him over anyone else I have had clean. Prices can be up there sometimes, but for the work he does its worth the extra five or ten bucks

I remember this kid from Dallas when he first started. He would post on Craigslist and sometimes you would see a flyer around the neighborhood. I gave him a chance and he cleaned my home, washed my clothes, pet sat, painted, house sat and even drove me places. We hated that he moved down to Austin, but Austin deserves him just as much as we did. Choose this one, he is AWESOME!

Q. Describe the most common types of jobs you do for your clients.

A. Apartment, Home, Small Office Cleaning. My big jobs are normally Make Ready or Show work for homes recently vacated or soon to be occupied

Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?

A. Be open to not knowing every answer before you ask the question. If your asking me to do something, allow me to answer it how I would.

Q. Why does your work stand out from others who do what you do?

A. Im young and full of energy. Gone are the days of the old foreign lady that takes forever to clean, and she barely does that. Now is the time for us boyz to show, cleaning is a MANz job.. and this man Has got it!

Q. What do you like most about your job?

A. I love the fact that I can put my spin on things. Cleaning your home is nice and all, but loving the home your cleaning is even better. Also the fact that I teach people HOW to clean, and keep it that way. Its a lifestyle change for the good.

Answer-Yea, Im a guy that cleans. I have been doing it for going on 4 years now, my customers are beyond happy and I love working for myself.
