- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Nourish is a customizable meal delivery service. For this reason, pricing is determined based on the client's chosen meal plan. Meal plans are designed to accommodate the client's unique needs. Pricing is broken down into an agreed upon services fee + the cost of groceries.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For all inquiries, I like to get started with a phone or video call. Here I take the time to get to know the interested party and what they're looking for in a chef. If we decide it's a match, we move forward with developing a meal plan. I offer a trial service to new clients and find that during this trial period we can work together to make any necessary tweaks to the service so that they are getting exactly what they need out of Nourish.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been working as a personal chef for 10 years and had 5 years restaurant experience prior to starting my business. I've worked with an array of specialized diets and am always ready to accommodate whatever the client can throw at me!
