Since 1982, Sanders Black Belt Academy has taught the best of the world's martial arts to men,women and children. They have seen their fitness levels improve to heights that they never thought possible. Their confidence soared knowing that they could defend themselves and their families. Our goal is to turn out exceptional human beings who are capable in many arenas.
We offer a free introductory class so you can see how we do this and for us to see if you are Sanders Black Belt Academy material.

A. We have been teaching since 1966 and teach a combination of the best martial arts of the world.

Do i need to get in shape first? No, we will show you a faster,safer way to get in shape.
Is it safe? Yes,soccer,basketball,tennis have more injuries.
