One-on-One Fitness Training is your opportunity to meet with a trained fitness professional to develop a fitness program specific to your needs and interests.
In addition to my personal, in-your-home or in-my-private-studio sessions, I also offer real-time online training sessions via Skype.
My rate averages $50 for personal sessions of 55 minutes and I offer several options for Skype sessions, depending on the length of the session desired.
A. Unlike many providers I do not require clients to sign a "contract" or buy a certain number of sessions. I offer a pay as you go scenario, and allow the client to work with me to feel comfortable with our compatibility. Success stories and client responses at my website and google will confirm this.

A. Probably what they can or should do on their off days from me. The answer is different for every client, since I do not do "cookie cutter" programs. Each client is different, and if I am giving someone 'homework', it's personalized to them.

Even if you have only 10 minutes, you can still get a workout and move forward to a more fit you. I offer a series of 2 to 10-minute workouts for today's busy lifestyles. You can view them on my fitness blog.
