Yes, I am constantly expanding my knowledge base to improve the sessions with my clients.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Personal training is a natural extension of what I have always done, and always wanted to do. I try to teach people something that is cool, but something that they will benefit immeasurably from in all aspects of their life. All of my experience as a dancer and an athlete my movements training and rehabilitation from my own injuries all contributed to my desire to help others.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Private personal training sessions or group speed and agility sessions.
