Laura's extensive background in personal training, athletics, teaching, and coaching gives her valuable insight into the physiology and biomechanics of the human body. A former division I swimmer at TCU and rower at UT, Laura has competed at an elite level.

Most recently, on the world stage, Laura has earned the title of 3-time masters swimming world champion, in the 50-meter breaststroke (2) and 50-meter freestyle (1). As an avid participant in swimming, Olympic weightlifting, tennis, softball, sand volleyball, water and snow skiing, archery, hiking, rafting, and kayaking, Laura understands the need for a strong, healthy body to enjoy an active lifestyle for decades to come.

    Laura is a very positive, encouraging and motivational trainer. She is extremely knowledgable with the degree and credentials of a true professional. In addition, she teaches and leads by example, continuing to train, compete and win across several sports (ie swimming, rowing, softball). She is a Masters Swimming World Champion!

    Laura is a top-notch trainer who is able to adapt to client's needs. She worked me through re-introduction to the gym after many years of absence, helped me get through years of bad gym habits, and re-introduced me to my love of swimming. Instead of using military style gym motivation, she used an supportive and encouraging style that helped me be motivated to keep working through the challenges - including job changes, injury rehabilitation, and just life - instead of just throwing in the towel and giving up. I would recommend Laura to anyone who wants to get to the next level in their fitness goals - whether it is training for their next half marathon or just starting up an more active lifestyle.

    Laura was my personal trainer In Dallas in 2011, and I must say she made it hard to do two things; lift really heavy things at the gym, and ever consider working with another trainer. She is simply the best! Look no further; she can actually make it fun to do things that are not very fun.

    Laura's patience and knowledge are a perfect combination for personal training. She is vigilant in watching her client so that she pushes, but just enough to achieve a great training session. She is warm, fun and I highly recommend Laura.

    For over four years, Laura was my trainer taking me from a 64 year old, overweight with poor body awareness woman with a number of health issues to a confident "mature" woman who has found so much more than what she had expected. Today I have coped with some serious illnesses and bounced back so much more quickly than had I not developed core strength and flexibility from our work together. Laura is more than a five star professional: she is conscientious, knowledgeable, goes the extra mile to meet her clients' needs, and is empathic. I count my experience with her as a highlight in my life, moving me to greater health and strength.

    Laura is one of, if not the best, trainer I have ever worked with and I have worked with 7-8 at this point. Not only is she very knowledgeable she is constantly encouraging you to do your very best. Her dedication to fitness as her personal lifestyle is admirable and inspiring. She is friendly, funny, and personable. She always has good things to say to get you motivated and determined. I fully endorse her as a trainer and count myself as lucky to be trained by her.

    Laura is one of the greatest coaches I know. She helped me to go from a "non-swimming hating-swimming" background to "yea! I love amd enjoy swimming now". She guides you with great patience and strong support. Definitely an EXCELLENT COACH!

    Laura was a fabulous personal trainer. She was always able to push me just the right amount to continue to progress in my fitness goals. She's also very patient.
