- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I love animals and have been informally taking care of friend's pets for a long time. I already work full time in public health, but wanted to supplement my income with something that I love to do. So, rather than getting a part time job somewhere I didn't love, I decided to take care of pets.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Hire someone that is willing to meet with you and your pets at no obligation. Only agree to hire them if you feel comfortable with them. I always offer a no obligation meeting to make sure that I am the right person for your beloved pet.
