Paula Maya is a Brazilian musician who also teaches piano lessons to students who are passionate about learning the instrument. Paula's talent helps students improve or develop their skills and put it into use.
I am originally from Brazil and can offer lessons in Brazilian music, as well as Portuguese enunciation. I can teach several different World music keyboard techniques, like roots reggae, SKA, Bossa Nova. But, if the student wants to stay with Classical piano or American styles, technique, improvisation, that is great.
Being a musician and a piano teacher, Paula believes that music is not just a career; it is her life. She pours her heart and soul in recording and performing music, making her an effective and passionate mentor for students who are dedicated to music as much as she is.
My favorite student is every student who has passion for learning music and specifically the piano and/or keyboard. And the ones that dedicate time to practice and improve.
