- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We only charge a fixed 10% revenue share on gross revenue from guest bookings (nightly rates + additional fees).
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our onboarding process and timeline for new clients is fast and easy. Once a client has signed the contract, the client will fill out a brief informational survey and have a quick onboarding call with one of our Homeowner Success Managers before the property listing is officially listed, all within 4 business days.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
The only requirements that we ask of our clients are that your home is clean, well-maintained, fully furnished & supplied, and ready for guests.
