We are a full-service real estate company providing rebates of one-half (1/2) of all earned commissions. We've found that many of today's buyers are finding the homes that they are interested in on the Internet on their own, therefore we are able to pass along our overhead savings to them. They have narrowed down their searches and we are then able to show the interiors to them when they desire.
Austin Homes then handles all of the paperwork on the home they select from initial offer through closing of escrow. We handle all aspects of the transaction including negotiation of price, overseeing inspection of the property by a licensed inspector, and confirming that the proper title insurance is provided.
For sellers, our standard commission fee is 4 1/2% (four and one-half percent) for better exposure of your property as opposed, in many cases, to 6% or 7 % that other agents charge.
