For my buyers, I am offering one of the excellent deals in the Central Texas area. I am an Austin Realtor that will rebate part of my commission to anyone who buys a new or resale home. My rebate is 50% of my commission for resale homes.
I also rebate my commission on any new home purchase in Texas. My rebate split to you is up to 83% rebate on new homes.
Resale homes must have a sale price over $125,000 to qualify for the full 50% rebate.
