I am not one to write mindless recommendations but I have to say my experience with Korean hand therapy is awesome. I received my first session with Machelle when she was just learning the craft several years ago. Since then, I have watched her grow in skill and authority. I was pleasantly surprised at the results I experienced the first time I received KTH and have found my body consistently responds well to it. A session with Machelle is a wonderful thing. As time has gone on she has stepped into her authority and skill seamlessly. She is professional and knows her stuff. After having a discussion with you on what issues you want addressed, she spends time in prayer and meditation to create a treatment plan that works best for you. She will explain what she is doing clearly and leaves you with a hand chart that has her notes written on it showing the points she worked on and what they are for. I find that to be very helpful. In summary, I give a hands-down-two-thumbs-up enthusiastic recommendation that you get at least one KHT session with Machelle so you can experience this wonderful work.

I am so grateful to have received transformative healing work from the very gifted Machelle Ortiz, in the form of Korean Hand Therapy. This was my first time receiving this fascinating work, and I was beyond impressed with the entire experience. It was as if I was working with a Master who was able to expertly scan my physical and emotional bodies to detect imbalances. Then she was able to lovingly and noninvasively treat these things through the stimulation of very specific points on my hand. It was like magic! In just one session, we were able to address my digestive system, my kidneys and bladder, my hormones, and my anxiety. I was amazed at how tuned in Machelle was, how she could figure out what was going on with me right away. She obviously has a masterful grasp of the modality and the complex energetic circuitry that runs through the body. In addition, her intuition and ability to read the client is highly tuned. It is clear to me that Machelle has walked the path of the healer in many lifetimes. She is naturally so compassionate and full of light. I felt very cared for, and simply being in her energy is an elevating experience. She is also a natural born teacher, as she was able to beautifully and clearly explain this modality, which was completely new for me. She left me with a helpful map of all of the points that are relevant to me, thus empowering me to continue the healing process. I feel like I received a full body healing, and that I learned so much about myself in just one session. Since our work, I have noticed a marked improvement in my physical and emotional well-being. If you have never received Korean Hand Therapy, I wholeheartedly recommend that you make an appointment with Machelle today!
