Introduction: I created Evolution Austin Therapy at the beginning of 2021 and I am passionate about helping my clients thrive! As a licensed marriage and family therapist, I believe subconscious beliefs and programming are responsible for many of our self-sabotaging behaviors. These impact our relationships and are typically inherited during our upbringing. I choose to work with clients who are struggling with the same patterns that have plagued them for far too long, and who are looking to make a serious change in their lives. I also work with clients who are simply feeling lost and looking for guidance in finding themselves. My ideal client is anyone looking to empower themselves and care for themselves, or their relationship mind, body, and soul. I am currently 100% remote working with clients in the state of Texas.

I found Brooke while doing online research and am so thankful that I did. At the time I was dealing with a lot of stress and anxiety stemming from work and my relationship, and I didn’t feel like anyone would be able to fully understand me. Brooke made me feel so comfortable from our very first consultation and gave me so much perspective on my issues, how my own bad habits could be contributing to them and how I could find peace and positivity when I thought those two things weren’t options for me.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My fees are $145 per session for individuals, $180 for couples, and $160 for teens.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I always offer a FREE consultation so you can ask me any questions you have, and see if you think we would be a good fit! I always want my clients to find a therapist who is the best fit for them so I encourage you to ask anything you need to make sure that I am right for you!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I majored in psychology during my undergrad, and then went on to get my masters in marriage and family therapy. During this time, I completed over 500 hours of therapy with clients from many different ages, and backgrounds. I also took and passed the national exam to become licensed in therapy, and have been in practice for nearly 3 years now. I complete several trainings per year in different modalities.
