- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing isn't complicated as much as it's fluid. There are absolutely hard costs to everything, but with the infinite amount of variables that exists in video production each job has to be individually priced for it's specific need. That said, once we price a project with a particular scope, there are no surprises. If the client starts to change the scope of the work, we address and have them approve cost implication before those implementing those requests.

Perpetually downloading new ideas all the time. "I know kung fu!"
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Product centric videos that sell features and benefits (industrials), and projects that focus more on the brand and idea behind the product (commercials) tend to make up most of our work. However, anything with a story is what we're interested in.
