Question and answer

Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?

A. Be sure to ask if the person you hire is certified in biorecovery, blood borne pathogen awareness.

Q. If you were a customer, what do you wish you knew about your trade? Any inside secrets to share?

A. You cannot just dispose of hazardous waste in the regular waste.
Also it is not wise to re-traumatize yourself by cleaning up a crime scene, death, suicide, human waste, etc; beyond the hazards you'd be exposing yourself to as well.

Q. What questions should a consumer ask to hire the right service professional?

A. What are trainings and certifications does the company/staff hold?
How will waste be disposed?
How promptly can you respond?
Do you accept crime victim's compensation for payment?
