Sparkling Clean is a business that was created to provide a "welcome home clean", the kind of clean you would do if you had the time! Sparkling Clean has been in the Austin area for 4 years now. All cleaning services come with a 100% guarantee. I provide all organic cleaning products. My rates are listed below. I do not charge by the square foot and there are no hidden costs! I can provide references and speak English.
My services include the following:
* hand dusting
* dishes (by hand or dishwasher)
* laundry (within reason)
* vacuum
* mop
* sweep
* removal of trash
* disinfect
* wipe down of all appliances inside and out
* stainless steel
* cleaning of toilets, tubs and mirrors (glass surfaces)
* bed making
The rates for my services are as follows:
* 1 bedroom: $55
* 2 bedrooms: $65
* 3 bedrooms: $75
Rates can be adjusted for regularly scheduled cleans.
Detailed cleaning is provided at $75 per hour. This includes cleaning of baseboards, ceiling fans, windows and organization.

I am very satisfied with the cleaning service. I really liked the professionalism of the cleaning crew. They were thorough and detail oriented. I will have them come every two weeks as I liked them so much.

Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?
A. I recommend that a customer always check references. How long has this company/person been in business. Do people recommend them? Also, look into what they charge extra for. Some cleaning services like to charge extra for things that don't necessarily take extra time or money such as dishwashing. There are also cleaning services that charge extra for organic cleaning supplies. If you have animals or children its best to look for a business that doesn't charge extra for this, they are out there.
Q. If you were a customer, what do you wish you knew about your trade? Any inside secrets to share?
A. Owning a cleaning service is hard work but very fullfilling. Inside secrets....you don't have to provide supplies, pay extra for organic supplies, and don't be afraid to ask what they will do in addition to services they say they will provide. I personally will do laundry and clean your cobwebs without charging you extra and there are other businesses that will do things that could be very helpful to you if you just ask.
Q. What questions should a consumer ask to hire the right service professional?
A. Do you speak English?
Do you perform the services yourself and if not how many employess do you have? (this is important because you don't want a different person at your house each time, you want someone you can trust).
How long have you been in business?
Do you have references?
Do you provide your own supplies?
Q. What important information should buyers have thought through before seeking you out?
A. Potential customers should think about what type of clean they need. Do they need a deep clean, moderate clean, or light clean. Also, how often do they want it. Normally, options are weekly, bi-weekly, monthly. They should also have a budget in mind. How much are they willing to spend and look for someone who can provide the most services for your budget.
Q. Why does your work stand out from others who do what you do?
A. My work stands out from other cleaning services because I provide services that most don't such as:hand dusting, dishwashing, and laundry. I also provide all organic cleaning supplies at no additional cost.
