On-site inspections and analysis, as well as accompanying estimates, are always free.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We answer emergency calls twenty-four hours a day and are typically on-site within the hour to access, then immediately begin remediation when needed.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a Master Certified Water Damage Expert with more than three decades experience helping homes and businesses with every type of flood emergency imaginable. All my techs are IICRC certified.
